X-ray & Ultrasound
Digital radiography decreases your pet's exposure to radiation and eliminates the need for x-ray film and also decreases the amount of time you as a pet owner will have to wait for results.
Should your pet someday require a radiograph, the digital image can be displayed on the computer in many of our rooms so that the Doctors can review the finding with you.
Ultrasound imaging uses high-frequency sound waves to generate images of pet's internal organ(s). Ultrasound has the added benefit that it does not use radiation and images are captured in real-time, meaning they can illustrate the functioning of internal organs and blood flow.
Ultrasonography is non-invasive and provides us with an additional tool in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions.
